SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT (FEMALE APPLICANTS ARE A PRIORITY FOR THIS POSITION)

We are looking to bring on a Sales and Marketing assistant who has proven experience in the sales and marketing sector. This opportunity has come up due to the sustained growth that the company has been seeing over the past couple of years and we intend to build on this by expanding our team.

The day to day duties of the Sales and Marketing Assistant will include:

  • Working closely with the manage to drive operations in order to maximise sales effectiveness.

  • Liaise with the Sales Manager in order to develop and maintain up-to-date pitches.

  • Managing clients relations, responsible for client queries and reporting back to the manager.

  • Keeping up to date in terms of industry, procurements, project contracts and marketplace knowledge.

  • Support the commercial team with external event management liaising with Product Marketing

  • Coordinating tracking of outbound lead campaigns run by the sales and account management team.

  • Reporting on all profiles of clients and activity on a regular basis, and regular monitoring of Salesforce

  • Ensure that sales are signed logged and deposited in the company bank account.

  • Support the team with client assurance requests and enquires

  • Assisting in the preparation of presentations and pitches.

  • Arrange and/or attend events on behalf of the organization

  • Taking and preparation of meeting minutes

The ideal candidate for this position must have the following attributes:

  • Strong data, Excel and analytical skills.

  • Must live within a 30 commute distance to the main office in Fajara.

  • Knowledge of English language both written and spoken plus additional local languages

  • Salesforce experience is essential

  • Must have very strong written communication skills oral and written

  • Minimum of 2 years’ in a relevant role and experience of working in a corporate environment

  • Manage efficiently the incoming enquiries from inbound calls, allocating them across the team according to agreed procedures.

  • Coordinating tracking of outbound lead campaigns run by the sales and account management team.

  • Communicate effectively with internal & external customers; maintain solid client relationships and providing outstanding customer service.

  • Attention to detail with the ability to work in a pressurised environment

  • Experience of problem solving or identifying solutions for client needs

  • Excellent organisational skills

CONTRACT AND TERMS

  • 3 Months probationary period (with a full time permanent contract at the end of it if successful)

  • Working 6 days a week Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm, Saturday (10am to 2pm)

  • Must wear company uniform and ID at all time (all will be provided)

SALES, DELIVERY & INSTALLATIONS ASSISTANT

POSITION OPEN

We are looking to bring the right candidate who has the right attitude and character for this role. A little a sales background knowledge is a bonus, along with some maintenance / DIY skills. This opportunity has come up due to the sustained growth that the company has been seeing over the past couple of years and we intend to build on this by expanding our team.

The day to day duties and requirements for this role:

  • To contribute and help improve the overall sales operations in order to maximise sales effectiveness.

  • Liaise with the Sales team manager daily and conduct tasks delegated by your manager as required.

  • Passionate about the team and about being something more

  • Excited at the idea of travel and progression within the company

  • Follow up client queries within 24 hours

  • Meet weekly sales targets and performance

  • Installations and delivery of stock (training will be given)

  • Assist the head technician and shadow him in order to learn and master the necessary aspects of the job

  • Stock taking, packing, testing of products in the various warehouses we have

  • Taking pictures of completed installations/deliveries for the media and promotional purposes

  • Support the team with client assurance requests and enquires

The ideal candidate for the Sales Operations Manager will have the following attributes:

  • Must have a drivers license and be a very good driver

  • Have a warm personality and a team player

  • Need to be very confident

  • Self motivated and passionate about the team

  • Represent clients and liaise with customers on a professional level at all times

  • Must have very strong written communication skills oral and written

  • Keen to learn new things and about being something more

  • Communicate effectively with internal & external customers; maintain solid client relationships and providing outstanding customer service

  • Attention to detail with the ability to work in a pressurised environment

  • Experience of problem solving or identifying solutions for client needs

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Must be presentable, neat and tidy at all times representing the company with high standards
